Quotes are an estimate based on the details you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site review. Prices are shown excluding GST — add 10% GST (NDIS is GST-free). Bookings are confirmed the day before; cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Standard hours are Mon–Fri; Saturdays by special appointment; office cleaning is carried out between 5:00pm and 7:00am. Ad-hoc hourly work is $100/hr + GST (minimum 8 hours if paid upfront on the day of service). We also service major regional SA centres: Pt Lincoln, Whyalla, Pt Augusta, Pt Pirie, Copper Coast, Victor Harbor, Murray Bridge & Mount Gambier. We don't provide End of Lease, Post-Build or Pre-Move-In cleans except directly via real estate agents or building companies. Full terms are provided with your booking confirmation.
