Quotes are an estimate based on the details you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site review. Prices include GST unless stated (NDIS is GST-free). Bookings are confirmed the day before; cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Standard hours are Mon–Fri; Saturdays by special appointment; office cleaning is carried out between 5:00pm and 7:00am. We don't provide End of Lease, Post-Build or Pre-Move-In cleans except directly via real estate agents or building companies. Full terms are provided with your booking confirmation.
